1.2 Online Consultations: Online consultations via video calling are available exclusively for follow-up patients and emergency cases. This service is not available for new patients due to the difficulty of diagnosing neurological conditions online.

1.3 New Patients: New patients must visit the clinic in person for their initial diagnosis. If a new patient books an online appointment, the appointment will be canceled, and the fee will not be refunded unless there is a reasonable justification for the mistake.

1.4 Follow-up Patients: Follow-up patients can book online consultations to ease the difficulty of traveling to the clinic, especially if they have mobility issues. This facility is provided to accommodate their needs.

1.5 Online Consultation Charges: Online consultation fees are slightly higher due to additional resources required to maintain online availability. If you prefer not to pay the extra fee, please contact the clinic to book an in-clinic appointment.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Patient: If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Cancellation by ANCC: In the event that ANCC needs to cancel an appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

2.4 Non-Refundable Cases: If a new patient books an online consultation and the appointment is canceled due to the policy stated in section 1.3, the fee will not be refunded unless there is a reasonable explanation.
