Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Arnav Neuro Care Centre (ANCC), we strive to provide the best possible care and services to our patients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand your options and our procedures.

1. Cancellation by Patient

1.1 In-Clinic Appointments: If you need to cancel your in-clinic appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 Online Consultations: If you need to cancel your online consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation by ANCC

2.1 Clinic-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that ANCC needs to cancel an appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule the appointment or receive a full refund.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment unless there are extenuating circumstances.

3.2 Non-Refundable Cases: If a new patient books an online consultation and the appointment is canceled due to our policy that online consultations are only for follow-up patients and emergency cases, the fee will not be refunded unless there is a reasonable justification.

3.3 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

4. Rescheduling Appointments

4.1 Rescheduling by Patient: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

4.2 Rescheduling by ANCC: If we need to reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the next available appointment slot.
